1. Subscriptions
AddArrive is a digital subscription service. Plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled.
2. Cancellation
- You can cancel at any time by writing to us.
- After cancellation, your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
- You will not be charged again after cancellation.
3. Money-back guarantee
First purchase: if you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment, as long as the account has not been used to process live customer orders.
4. Renewals
Renewal payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where a technical failure on our side prevented you from using the Service.
5. How to request a refund
Write to addempirebrand@gmail.com with your business name and the email used at purchase. We review requests and respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
