1. Who we are

AddArrive ("the Service") is operated by AddEmpire LLC, a company registered in the State of Florida, United States, with its address at 5281 NW 32nd Ave, Miami, FL 33142. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to AddEmpire LLC.

2. The Service

AddArrive provides software tools for small businesses: a digital storefront in a link, appointment booking, and order collection. The Service is delivered online as a subscription.

3. Accounts

To use the Service you must provide accurate information, be at least 18 years old, and keep your access credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Plans, billing and cancellation

• Plans are billed monthly in advance in US dollars, through our third-party payment processor.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, to infringe intellectual property, to publish fraudulent or deceptive content, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host and display it solely to operate the Service.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify features, and we may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, AddEmpire LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
