Delivery Policy

1. Shipping worldwide

AddArrive ships internationally. Delivery is coordinated through our partner courier network, and every order includes a tracking number once it leaves our facilities.

2. Delivery times

United States: 3–7 business days.
International: 7–15 business days, depending on destination and customs.

Times are estimates. Customs processing in some countries can add time outside our control.

3. Order processing

Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 1–3 business days of confirmed payment. You receive tracking by email or WhatsApp once your order ships.

4. Pre-orders

Pre-ordered items ship within the timeframe shown on the product page (typically 7–15 days). You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships and receive a full refund.

5. Damaged or lost parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date) and we will reship or refund — see our Refund Policy.
